As a court approved receiver's
agent, Stan and founding principal Taylor Grant (www.calrer.com) are
experts in preserving, restoring, completing and disposing of
real property assets. Taylor's role as receiver is as a
representative of the Court to protect the commercial real
estate's value, and to provide the Court with oversight and
approval of the Receiver’s business decisions. Stan's
role is to implement those principles on income-property cases. This oversight
by the
receiver (and his agents) provides insulation
from many of the claims and hardships the lender
and / or borrower
would have
inherited had they followed the traditional route of

National Association of Realtors and the
